Coloring Party

Each Coloring Contest winner will get the set shown below:

Eligibility:

The Coloring Contest (“Contest”) Is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older, and/or their dependents. Entries from persons under 18 years, must be submitted by an adult. Employees of Brightly Hude Studio Inc. and other associated companies, such as Our Sunday Visitor, and their household members are not eligible. The contest is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations.

 

Sponsor:

The contest is sponsored by Brightly Hude Studio Inc. located at PO Box 677, Camas, WA 98607.

 

Agreement to Official Rules:

Participation in the contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these official rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth here.

 

Contest Period:

The contest begins on November 1, 2019 and ends on January 31, 2020 at 11:59 pm PST  (the “Contest Period.”) Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the contest via emailed entry.

 

How to Enter:

Print out the Coloring Party packet found on www.brightandholy.com .  Either of the saint coloring pages found in it (or in our previous coloring party packet that was available from OSVCatholicbooks.com) are eligible to be colored for this Contest.  Finished entries must be photographed or scanned and emailed to: color@brightandholy.com . For each entry, please list the person’s name, age category, and an adult phone number.

 

Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries may be received from one household provided they are done by different people. All entries become the property of the sponsor and may be shared via social media.

 

Prize Selection:

Winners of the contest will be decided by Brightly Hude Studio Inc. based on technique, color, and creativity. Winners will be announced via Instagram stories on February 3, 2020. Winners will also be emailed then, and will have 5 days to respond, to claim their prize, or an alternate winner will be selected. Brightly Hude Studio Inc. shall have no liability of winner’s failure to receive a notice due to the winner’s email security or junk mail settings. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries.

 

Rights granted by you:

By entering this coloring contest, you grant Brightly Hude Studio Inc. the right to use your name, Instagram handle (if there is one), and entry submission, where permitted by law, in any form of printing, broadcasting, publishing, distributing or using in any media. Any minors who win will have their last names withheld in publication, and will be tagged by the submitting adult’s Instagram handle, if there is one. By entering, you also warrant that your entry was done by you (or the stated minor) and does not infringe on anyone else’s intellectual property or copyright.

 

Prizes:

There will be three winners announced, one from each category: Adults (age 20+), Teen (age 13 to 19), and Child (age 12 and under). Each winner will receive a “Light of Heaven Saints Coloring Book,” published by Our Sunday Visitor. Also, a set of saint greeting cards, 3 saint vinyl stickers, and 4 saint holy cards, all by Brightly Hude Studio Inc. Value of each prize is $33.95.

 

General Conditions:

In the event of the operation, security, or administration of the contest is impaired in any way for any reason the sponsor may suspend or amend the contest in the spirit of the official rules.

 

Release and Limitations of Liability:

By participating in the contest, entrance agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor and any affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers or employees from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt of the prize. Entrants wave the right to claim any damages whatsoever including but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

 

Disputes:

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with, the contest or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Washington State. This contest shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Washington.

This contest sponsored by Brightly Hude Studio Inc. is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media.
