My Story: Why I make Catholic Art (Part I)
My children's book collection is growing while my time is shrinking! Rather than skip blogging altogether, I thought I would repost my Catholic conversion (reversion) story here, that I have been writing for my email newsletter. Enjoy!

Book Review: Sacred Scripture

Book Review: Sacred Scripture

I was surprised by a box in the mail the other day from the publisher, Our Sunday Visitor. In it were 4 books from their new Teeny Tiny Theology series. My toddler immediately reached for them, shouting “I want!,” so I think they hit the nail on the head in appealing to their target audience.   Let’s look at the Sacred Scripture book today. Book Pre-Order: The Women Doctors of the Church

Book Pre-Order: The Women Doctors of the Church

I hit the ground running this month, and I haven’t stopped!  I am hoping to be able to do another book review next week. But in the meantime, I have exciting news: a book I illustrated, The Women Doctors of the Church by Colleen Pressprich, is now available for pre-order! I must say, I think this is the loveliest book I’ve worked on yet, and I can’t wait for its release.

UPDATE: Well... I just heard from the editor that Amazon has it wrong! It is slated for a Fall 2022 release now. So stay tuned....
